My Approach

My overall aim is to make it feel easy to regain and maintain your wellbeing and empower you to feel in control of your whole body health.

I work holistically combining my knowledge of yoga, corrective exercise, pelvic floor health and movement to help you reach your goals. 

I specifically focus on women’s health and my classes and programmes are geared towards a person who is born as a female. This means I’m a good fit to support you post birth and into perimenopause and beyond.

1:1 personal movement training and lifestyle coaching

Starter pack – 1 month of personalised support

Perfect if you’re beginning or returning to movement.

You get:

  • 1x 60 minute consultation and training session. This is 1:1 online via zoom.  
  • 2 video classes created especially for you based on your goals and needs.
  • 1 month of voice call support – great to get additional help and to keep you motivated to embed your new routine.

This is perfect if you have specific health conditions/injuries and want a personalised programme that will be safe and effective for you.

How it works:

1:1 session

We’ll spend around 20 minutes talking and 40 minutes testing and trying out different movements to find the right level you need. 

You will leave the session with a clear plan of what you will be focusing on and a set of exercises to embed into your weekly routine.

Aftercare

You will receive 2 x 20 min movement routines that you can use throughout your week to add in additional movements and exercises to support your personal goals.

Voice call support via Voxer to stay in touch for 1 month. This will help you stay motivated.

Fundamentals: 3 months of personalised support

Perfect for tackling pelvic floor issues and/or building a strong foundation of wellbeing to support perimenopause.

You get:

  • 3 x 60 minute PT sessions (1:1 and online)
  • 2 new video classes per month and access to a library of classes (for 3 months)
  • Access to Pelvic Habits – a 6 week online programme for pelvic floor health
  • 3 months of voice call support to help with any questions and to keep you motivated

Your unique programme is likely to include a combination of corrective exercises, movement sequences, lifestyle changes, breathing and relaxation techniques.

During our  partnership you can contact me via Voxer with any questions or just if you’re struggling with something. I’ll be here to gently nudge and support you to stay motivated. 

The aim of the Fundamentals programme is to help you lay strong movement and lifestyle habits and provide you with a toolkit of daily movements, exercises and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

We can focus on a specific area like pelvic floor health or just on your general movement health and wellbeing. It’s up to you. 

This is a great option if you’re committed to making small changes.
