I teach yoga focused on strength, mobility, and balance which are the foundations of a well-functioning body that supports you through midlife and menopause. You’ll enjoy a blend of traditional yoga poses and physio-style exercises designed for joint health, pelvic floor support, and everyday resilience.

Expect clear cues, movement tips, and insights into how each pose benefits your body, so you understand yourself better and feel safe exploring. Classes are accessible for every body whether you have pelvic floor or core challenges (my specialty) or simply want to move well and feel good. They’re inclusive, friendly, and adaptable to your needs; just get in touch beforehand about any specific health conditions so I can personalise your support.

If you’d like a class to help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind, come and try this class. 

Spend an hour with yourself being guided through movements to improve your strength, mobility and balance. 

There are no expectations to be flexible or ‘good’ at yoga because this is a practice that meets you where you’re at right now.

Come along and learn how to move in ways that will support your nervous system and help you to move well in your daily life.

Home Practice Club

A library of gentle, pre‑recorded yoga and movement videos you can do at home, in your own time.

It’s especially for you if:

  • you’re working from home and want short movement breaks between emails
  • you struggle to find time to go to a class or gym but still want that grounded, “I’ve moved my body” feeling
  • you’re feeling a bit tired, stressed, or dealing with an injury and need kind, mindful movement rather than a hardcore workout

Each class has a different focus, with options for pelvic floor support, nervous system soothing, and sessions that simply give you a jolly good stretch.
