Women’s Yoga & Wellbeing Coach

Realistic movement. Empowered wellbeing. For women.

About My Women’s Yoga and Wellbeing Approach

I’m a women’s yoga and movement teacher who believes that feeling better shouldn’t require a perfect body, endless time, or huge willpower. My work is shaped by my own experiences of hypermobility, pelvic floor issues, and perimenopause, so I understand how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t feel like it used to. I bring together yoga, functional movement, and realistic lifestyle habits to support women through midlife, menopause, and beyond.

I’m down to earth, straightforward, and focused on what’s actually doable in your real life, not an idealised routine. Whether we’re working on pelvic floor health, easing joint discomfort, or navigating the ups and downs of hormones, my aim is always the same: to help you feel a little bit better, more supported, and more at home in your body, one small step at a time.

My Journey with Movement

My relationship with movement began when I was 7, in a small local dance class. From there, dance became a big part of my life through childhood and into my teens, and later I discovered yoga at college — a practice that quickly became a steady source of support and self‑understanding.

When I trained as a yoga teacher, I was also pregnant with my son, which led me to explore how to adapt movement for a changing, pregnant body. After his birth, I experienced pelvic floor issues that weren’t helped by the usual routes, so I turned to movement again. By working on my whole body — feet, posture, breathing, and alignment — I began to restore my pelvic floor function in a way that felt both empowering and “like magic”.

That experience deepened my fascination with how movement can relieve discomfort and support women’s health at every stage. Since then, I’ve expanded my learning into corrective exercise, pelvic floor health, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and the menopause transition. These days, I combine yoga, functional movement, and realistic lifestyle habits to help women feel stronger, more supported, and more at home in their bodies.

Movement is still my sanctuary, and I believe it can be yours too. With the right guidance and small, sustainable changes, you can retrain your movement patterns, address imbalances, and use movement as a powerful tool for recovery, resilience, and everyday wellbeing.
