This is a starter pack and will be a good way to get started on your issues.
Inside this pack:
- Standing posture – a 10 minute class to tackle your posture. This is important place to start, because once you’re body is aligned correctly your pelvic floor has the right space to work naturally.
- Engaging your pelvic floor naturally – this is a great way to engage your pelvic floor by focusing on your inner thigh muscles and is a good alternative if you don’t find that Kegels work for you
- Inner thigh release – a nice way to end your day. This passive stretch will help you to release your inner thigh muscles which are often a cause of your pelvic floor issues.
